At Always On Timer, we believe that utility applications should be exactly that: utilities. They should not function as hidden data brokers. Our application is engineered from the ground up to operate entirely on your local device without requiring an internet connection.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, device telemetry, location data, or usage statistics. The application does not contain any third-party tracking SDKs (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel), nor does it serve advertisements.

3. Android Permissions Explained

To function properly, Always On Timer requires two specific Android permissions. We are fully transparent about why these are needed:

POST_NOTIFICATIONS: This permission is required by the Android Operating System for any app running a Foreground Service. The persistent notification acts as a security measure so you always know when the app is actively keeping your screen awake.
WAKE_LOCK: This permission allows the app to communicate with the Android PowerManager API to prevent the CPU and the screen from entering sleep mode.

Neither of these permissions grant us access to your personal files, camera, microphone, or network state.

4. Children's Privacy

Because our application does not collect data, it is completely safe for use by individuals of all ages, including children under the age of 13. We fully comply with the requirements of COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. However, our core philosophy of zero data collection will never change. Any updates to this policy will be reflected on this page.
